Returns Policy
Individual customers and schools.
Due to the potential for illegal photocopying, Garden House Lane is unable to accept the return of books sold to members of the public and educational establishments.
Booksellers and distributors
Books are returnable under the following conditions:
A return authorisation number must be requested . This number must be clearly marked on a packing slip.
If the books were bought from a wholesaler or distributor, they must be returned to that supplier following their terms.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of (or give appropriate reference to) the original invoice, and date.
Books must be packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Books damaged in transit due to inadequate packing will not be accepted.
